Sexy singer Rihanna has commissioned a large scale Marilyn Monroe Swarovski portrait, using a less than modest number of Swarovski wholesale crystals.
The portrait that inspired the commission can be found on the portfolio of Gemstone Creative, and was originally exhibited at London Fashion Week 2009. The original contained around 5,000 crystals, but Rihanna has bigger ideas; she’s commissioned the artist of the piece, Claire Milner, to make the portrait of her idol using no less than 65,000 Swarovski Flat Back crystals, at a size of around five-square-foot.
